Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Translate overarching project visions into detailed technical requirements and actionable user stories.
- Project Coordination: Act as the pivotal link among front-end and back-end developers, designers, and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and cohesion in project goals across all teams.
- Task Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize project tasks using advanced project management tools, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee all technical aspects of the development process, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives while upholding high standards of quality and innovation.
- Feedback Integration: Proactively collect and integrate feedback from both internal teams and end-users to continuously refine and enhance product functionalities.
- Agile Leadership: Champion Agile practices within the development team, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster a dynamic and responsive project environment.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Robust understanding of software development, including direct experience in software engineering, ideally within the fields of digital identity or financial technology.
- Project Management Acumen: Skilled in Agile methodologies and project management tools, with a proven ability to simplify complex projects into executable tasks.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify challenges and generate effective solutions swiftly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams, promoting a collaborative work environment, and driving team members towards excellence.
Experience:
Previous role in technical product management, particularly within technology-driven sectors such as FinTech, digital identity, or KYC, with a portfolio of successful project deliveries.
